Two significant errors on the first page dealing with the 356SL, doesn’t bode well. The book is the usual English lack of first hand knowledge, research or knowledgeable proof reader. At least, almost half the book is 356 period. Far and away the best parts of the book are the remembrances of period players -- although the interview with John Surtes is stretching it a bit -- he did not race Porsche but did own a Carrera 2. Lots of new photographs -- almost all of which are from the factory arkivs.
