911x911 is nothing less than a complete listing of the 911 series and their sub models in 911 factory photographs and documents.  This a huge undertaking, resulting in two boxed volumes of almost a 1200 pages, weighing 10 pounds.  Text is English/German/French/Chinese (at least Silk, aka the Fabulous Freda says its Chinese not Japanese).  

Leading up to the 911 proper are photos of the typ 656 and previously unseen 656A, several pages of photos and technical drawing of iterations of the typ 695, T7, T8, Typ 754 — finally the 901 and engines typ 821.  The remainder of over a thousand pages of factory photographs and advertising.  Not only is every series documented, but as near as I can tell every model — and there must be hundreds — some as obscure as the 10 911 Turbo C 10 Year Anniversary Edition Porsche China.  No where else will you find such complete documentation.

Peculiarly, there is also a small book documenting Porsche models with actual 1/43 scale models called 911x911, This is not that book.
